Some time ago Sports Interactive finally released the game Football Manager 2009 the latest version of them. For me as the maniac of the game have been waiting long enough. There is news that mentioned that the game was released early november, then delayed until mid-november, in the end even in my city (Yogyakarta) released late november, either in other cities may have first released. Quite a lot of different things that I observed from the game this latest version, compared to the previous version, among other: Mode Post-match Conference, Pre-match Conference, Various tactic (Therefore, I called it, because only by choosing formation, the player moving and mentality on the pitch has been set automatically in accordance with the formation), 3D live match, and more. i have been playing the game for just several weeks, so i don't have much Tips that i could tell. But i feel quite disappointing because there are no available image for several players, so the only tips I can give is how to provide images on the players that we want(sometime i replace it with my private photo, ha..3X).
Follow this steps below :
1. Download the file XML at http://www.ziddu.com/download/288092/my_tips.rar.html
2.Extract the rar file, then open config.xml and note the line of script :
ID_number is the object in the red sign. if you want to add image for some playes just copy the line of the script, and replace the ID_numbers and image file name.
3.Note it, you must prepare image file with *.PNG extension, and resize the image file size to 180 X 180. For the example : the image file name of Philipe Mexes is "mexes.png".
4. Collect all of image file and config.xml in one folder and locate it in My Document-->Sport Interactive-->Football Manager 2009.
5. Finally, do the configuration on the game by access menu Preferences-->Display & Sound, and disable "use skin chace" instead enable "always reload skin on confirm", wait a second.
